That TPMS light

The tire-pressure warning light trips for a reason, often just cold weather dropping your pressure, but sometimes a slow leak or a failing sensor. We diagnose why it's on, set your pressures to spec, and repair or replace sensors when needed, so the light goes off and stays off. Correct pressure also improves fuel economy and tire life.

Wear patterns tell a story

Tires wearing on one edge, cupping, or feathering usually means an alignment or suspension issue, not just "bad tires." When we install new tires we check for the cause so your new set doesn't wear out the same way. Bald or damaged tires are also a Virginia inspection failure, so if yours are marginal we can sort tires and the sticker together.

Frequently asked questions

Can you repair my flat or do I need a new tire?

If the puncture is in the tread area and within size limits, we can safely repair it. Sidewall damage or a large hole means replacement, we'll show you which it is.

How often should I rotate my tires?

Roughly every oil change, or 5,000–7,500 miles. It's cheap and it noticeably extends tire life.

Why is my tire-pressure (TPMS) light on?

Often low pressure from cold weather, sometimes a slow leak or a dead sensor. We'll diagnose it and get the light off.

Do you sell tires?

Yes, we sell and install new tires, then balance them for a smooth ride. Call for a quote on your size.

My steering wheel shakes at highway speed, why?

Usually a tire that's out of balance or a bent wheel. Balancing fixes most of these.
